MODEC Inc. (“MODEC”) is pleased to announce that it has been successful in securing the Front-End Engineering and Design (FEED) for a Floating Production, Storage and Offloading (FPSO) system for Shell do Brasil Ltda (“Shell”) on the Gato do Mato development, offshore Brazil.
(WO) – BrasFELS Shipyard (BrasFELS), a member of the Seatrium Group, has secured a contract from Offshore Frontier Solutions Pte. Ltd, a MODEC Group company, to undertake parts of the topside modules fabrication of a Floating Production Storage and Offloading (FPSO) for the Raia project in Brazil, operated by Equinor.
FPSO leasing specialist firm MODEC and drone firm Terra Drone have signed a Memorandum of Understanding for the technical development of inspection drones for floating production, storage, and offloading systems.
