The Nigerian Content Development and Monitoring Board (NCDMB) on Wednesday signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Petroleum Commission, Ghana (PCG) towards developing and deepening local content regulations in Ghana’s upstream petroleum sector.
