EnQuest has agreed to acquire interests in four offshore production-sharing contracts (PSCs) in Malaysia for up to $833 million, a transaction that will significantly expand the company’s production, reserves and presence in Southeast Asia.
EnQuest along with its joint venture partners and the Government of Indonesia have signed Production Sharing Contracts (PSCs) for the Gaea and Gaea II exploration blocks, located in Papua Barat, Indonesia.
EnQuest PLC has been awarded a Production Sharing Agreement (PSA) for Block C in Brunei by the Petroleum Authority of Brunei Darussalam (PABD).
