Tampnet to deliver digital connectivity for LLOG’s Salamanca deepwater project in U.S. Gulf

The Salamanca Floating Production Unit (FPU) recently began producing from the Leon and Castile fields in Keathley Canyon, utilizing the refurbished Independence Hub—a previously decommissioned platform modernized to support long-term deepwater operations. Tampnet’s new connectivity system will provide real-time collaboration, remote monitoring, and data-driven operations across the field, reducing offshore exposure and improving efficiency.

bp starts up Argos expansion project in U.S. Gulf

Shell starts production from Dover, further advancing position in U.S. Gulf

Shell Offshore Inc. (Shell), a subsidiary of Shell plc, today announced the start of production at Dover, the second subsea tieback connecting new wells to the existing infrastructure of the Shell-operated Appomattox production hub in the Gulf of America/Gulf of Mexico. Dover brings an estimated peak production of 20,000 barrels of oil equivalent per day (boed).
