MidOcean Energy has concluded its funding round for the year with over $4 billion in closed and pending commitments from new and existing investors.
MidOcean Energy on Tuesday confirmed its participation in the newly sanctioned second development of LNG Canada in British Columbia via a partnership with Petroliam Nasional Bhd (Petronas).
Delfin Midstream has advanced development of its second floating liquefied natural gas (FLNG) vessel offshore Louisiana by bringing in MidOcean Energy as a strategic partner and authorizing procurement of long-lead equipment ahead of a targeted final investment decision (FID) later this year.
