Delfin Midstream has advanced development of its second floating liquefied natural gas (FLNG) vessel offshore Louisiana by bringing in MidOcean Energy as a strategic partner and authorizing procurement of long-lead equipment ahead of a targeted final investment decision (FID) later this year.
