The joint entity will operate as a subsidiary of NMDC Infra. It will combine NMDC Group’s infrastructure capabilities and CCC’s experience in complex energy and chemicals projects to deliver full-scope EPC services to the UAE’s onshore oil and gas sector.

CCC specialises in civil construction and engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial installations, marine works and transportation infrastructure projects. Through the newly formed venture, NMDC Infra aims to increase its market share and enter new verticals, and by securing new execution capabilities, the company also seeks to mitigate supply chain risks and expedite the execution of projects in NMDC Group’s backlog.
