NMDC and ADNOC L&S join forces in offshore services

NMDC Group and ADNOC Logistics & Services (ADNOC L&S) have signed a three-year agreement to collaborate on the delivery of maritime services for offshore projects in Abu Dhabi, NMDC announced on Wednesday.

The agreement establishes an expanded framework between the companies, already longtime collaborators, to partner on the provision of maritime and integrated logistics services for offshore EPC projects.

“This agreement will ensure a robust framework between our two powerhouse organisations that will enable us to focus on synergies across the different sectors in which NMDC Group and ADNOC L&S operate to propel collaboration, market sector differentiation and value growth that will further strengthen the industrial marine sector in Abu Dhabi and beyond,” said Yasser Zaghloul, CEO of NMDC Group.

NMDC Group launched a standalone logistics and technical services division, NMDC LTS, in December 2024 to own and operate NMDC Group assets, including plants, equipment and maritime support vessels, and offer integrated logistics services to construction and industrial customers.

“By combining our expertise with NMDC, we will create new opportunities, deliver value to ADNOC, our shareholders and our customers, and advance the UAE’s economic development,” added Abdulkareem Al Masabi, CEO of ADNOC L&S.

ADNOC L&S recently completed a secondary offering among institutional investors of 3% of its share capital, raising USD 317 million.
